Meet our Counsellors

As a qualified counsellor with a Master’s in Counselling and a Bachelor’s in Psychological Sciences. I am dedicated to supporting women through life’s complex challenges—whether it's stress, anxiety, mental health concerns, or the unique transitions that come with each stage of life.
What sets my approach apart is not just my academic training, but my personal journey living with a chronic medical condition. I understand firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to balance daily responsibilities, relationships, and self-care while managing health issues. This lived experience fuels my empathy and informs my work, allowing me to connect on a deeper, more authentic level with clients facing similar struggles.
In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental space where your feelings and experiences are genuinely heard and respected. I use evidence-based techniques tailored to your needs, always honouring your strengths and values. My goal is to help you build resilience, rediscover hope, and develop practical strategies for navigating whatever life brings. You don’t have to face these challenges alone.
