Brittney Gravolin-McPake

Meet our Counsellors

Meet Brittney, who brings her enthusiasm and expertise in promoting women's social wellbeing. Brittney is dedicated to nurturing a supportive community. Her passion for facilitating connections among women is key to the mission we cherish. Brittney holds a Master of Counselling, Bachelor of Health Sciences (Public Health), Certificates in Fitness, and is currently undertaking a Master of Social Work. Brittney has lived experience of childhood trauma, pre and postnatal mental health challenges, and chronic pain and has worked with welfare and wellbeing with, families, couples, individuals, parents, carers, ageing clients, women and youth across family support programs, mental health services, domestic and family violence supports. Brittney gets ‘it’ and she’s likely been ‘there’ too. Brittney’s all about Growing Softly and Healing Deeply.

Jessica Passos

Jessica is passionate about supporting women to break free from emotional burdens and thrive in every area of life. Jessica is experienced in counselling and is a Physco-social recovery coach. She is compassionate and creates safe and nurturing spaces where women feel seen, heard, and valued. Jessica believes that true healing begins within and embraces a holistic perspective, caring for the emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing of each person. Through her work, she supports women navigating life transitions, emotional wounds, self-worth challenges, and relationship struggles. She is deeply committed to guiding women toward healing, authenticity, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Valuing the connection between mind, body, and spirit, Jessica works collaboratively with each individual, focusing on what matters most to them and empowering women to feel grounded, confident, and truly themselves.

Adele Kassis

Adele is a qualified Counsellor, Occupational Therapist, and Creative Art Therapist with over 30 years’ experience, supporting children, adolescents, families, and women. Her own lived experience with chronic illness, grief, trauma, and major life transitions, supports her compassionate, empathetic, and gentle approach. She creates safe, spaces for women and focuses on holistic healing of body, mind, and soul, with a strong belief in helping others find meaning, resilience, and hope. Adeles key areas of interest include, chronic illness, grief and loss, mental health, self‑image, and self‑worth. She is dedicated to guiding individuals toward authenticity and a sense of wholeness. A mother of two adult children, including one with a disability, she has lived on the Gold Coast for 25 years and remains actively involved in supporting her community. 

Lorraine

Lorraine provides support with compassion, respect, and a non‑judgmental presence. Her practice is grounded in a person‑centred approach informed by both her lived experience and her formal qualifications, including a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Counselling. She has several years of experience working alongside individuals navigating emotional distress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and eating disorders.
She works gently and collaboratively, drawing on trauma‑informed and strengths‑based principles to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel heard and respected at their own pace.

Lorraine Sepet

Hopal Grant‑McClintock is a dedicated and experienced professional counsellor with a strong commitment to supporting mental and emotional wellbeing. She recognises mental health as a vital component of overall wellness and upholds a holistic approach that acknowledges the interconnectedness of body and mind.
With more than eleven years of clinical and community‑based experience, Hopal has worked extensively with individuals and couples navigating a wide range of challenges, including mental health concerns, relationship difficulties, and significant life transitions. Her practice also includes premarital counselling for couples preparing for marriage. She is known for providing a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment where clients can explore concerns, gain clarity, and work toward healing and positive change.
Hopal’s counselling approach is grounded in evidence‑based modalities and practical strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client. She is committed to delivering compassionate, ethical, and trauma‑informed care.
Hopal holds a Master of Counselling degree from Monash University.
